• Operates seamlessly in disconnected mode after initial data synchronization, allowing transactions without active network connectivity
• Provides incremental synchronization to upload offline transactions and retrieve updated work data when connectivity is restored

• Access work order data across the designated organizational scope
• View all work order statuses except Closed for comprehensive oversight
• Conduct bulk updates of work order statuses to improve management efficiency
