The Oracle Mobile Maintenance application for Oracle E-Business Suite offers maintenance technicians the capability to access and perform maintenance activities remotely, enhancing operational efficiency.

Enables creation of express work orders and debriefing of completed work orders
Allows viewing and completion of assigned work, including issuing materials and charging time accurately
Provides functionality to view and search for work orders and asset information
Supports execution of operational tasks and closure of work orders
Displays comprehensive asset summaries, including work history, failure records, meter readings, quality plans, and location details
Facilitates recording of asset meter readings in real-time
Supports entry of new quality results as well as viewing and updating existing quality data related to assets, operations, and work orders
Enables creation of simple work orders and work requests for streamlined operations
Operates seamlessly in disconnected mode after initial data synchronization, allowing transactions without active network connectivity
Provides incremental synchronization to upload offline transactions and retrieve updated work data when connectivity is restored

Supervisory personnel can also leverage the application to:

Access work order data across the designated organizational scope
View all work order statuses except Closed for comprehensive oversight
Conduct bulk updates of work order statuses to improve management efficiency
Assign resources and instances to specific work order operations effectively
Perform time charges and debrief activities at the organizational level

Compatibility details indicate support for Oracle E-Business Suite versions 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 or later. Usage necessitates enrollment as an Oracle Enterprise Asset Management user with mobile services configured by an administrator.
