The Oracle Mobile Maintenance application for Oracle E-Business Suite offers maintenance technicians the capability to access and perform maintenance activities remotely, enhancing operational efficiency.

<li>Enables creation of express work orders and debriefing of completed work orders</li>
<li>Allows viewing and completion of assigned work, including issuing materials and charging time accurately</li>
<li>Provides functionality to view and search for work orders and asset information</li>
<li>Supports execution of operational tasks and closure of work orders</li>
<li>Displays comprehensive asset summaries, including work history, failure records, meter readings, quality plans, and location details</li>
<li>Facilitates recording of asset meter readings in real-time</li>
<li>Supports entry of new quality results as well as viewing and updating existing quality data related to assets, operations, and work orders</li>
<li>Enables creation of simple work orders and work requests for streamlined operations</li>
<li>Operates seamlessly in disconnected mode after initial data synchronization, allowing transactions without active network connectivity</li>
<li>Provides incremental synchronization to upload offline transactions and retrieve updated work data when connectivity is restored</li>
</ul>

Supervisory personnel can also leverage the application to:

<ul>
<li>Access work order data across the designated organizational scope</li>
<li>View all work order statuses except Closed for comprehensive oversight</li>
<li>Conduct bulk updates of work order statuses to improve management efficiency</li>
<li>Assign resources and instances to specific work order operations effectively</li>
<li>Perform time charges and debrief activities at the organizational level</li>
</ul>

Compatibility details indicate support for Oracle E-Business Suite versions 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 or later. Usage necessitates enrollment as an Oracle Enterprise Asset Management user with mobile services configured by an administrator.
